Sadly, no matter how many different ways and times this matter of screwed up tanks is brought up.... The Community Manager at TWI simply either ignores people's pleas or blows them off with a quick short reply offering no help, clarification, recognition or assistance.
Administrators, Community Managers, Moderators all need to remember one basic fact... without customers... they're nothing.
Ask two perfect examples.... Josh Olin and Robert Bowling - two of the most dismal failures as Community Managers.
