Question Default effect on cod2 mp maps

Hello guys,

I have an question, on cod2 mp maps normaly we have a normal effect on the map, fire on the car, smoke, snow on russian map.

I find this effect on the extrem+ mod in the RCmod, and not on normal server Why?

I would like add just this effect on my awe3b5 server how i can add this effect?

This effects is on the CoD2maps.arena?

Can you help me for find this effect and add this on my server?
