Good rcon commander program for Cod2 still?

Is there a current, good rcon commander type program still out there for Cod2, and if so where might I find it? Tried to register at rconfiles.com to download one from there, but never got an activation link back from them. Is there still a good program out there, or how does everyone handle their servers kick/ban/map wise, etc? Thanks for any help!

Also, if someone can walk me through how to install this on the server if there is a program still available.....
