//************************************************** **********
// Anti Camping System
//************************************************** **********
// Time in seconds before being warned to move on!, set this to 0 to disable this
// function. you can set induvidual times for snipers too!
set ex_campwarntime "0"
set ex_campsniper_warntime "0"
// Time in seconds before marked on compass for camping!
set ex_campobjtime "60"
set ex_campsniper_objtime "120"
// Time in seconds that camper will be marked on the compass
// if set to 0, the camper will be marked until they die!, you can also
set ex_camptimer "30"
// Make camper fart with sound and little yellow fart cloud
// 0 = off, 1 = on, default 0
set ex_camp_fart "1"

Not sure about RCMOD (maybe you can confirm this Mike or Wizz), but in eXtreme, if you open the CLIENT IWD (zzz_rcmodV5_Client.iwd for RCMod) and delete the file "compassing_enemyfiring" in the MATERIALS folder, you will get the enemy firing red dots back.

Also, it's a good idea to save it to another name and delete the old zzz_rcmodV5_Client.iwd.

Yes, it can be done that way... but that's a rather permanent way if you do not save the original. Just in case you want to revert back.
