Following on the resounding success of bridge (the 2 servers who are hosting it :D) I decided to partake in further Team Death matchification of some of the stock maps.

Changes from stock version

Reduced play area (South is no longer accessible)
Added Individual spawn locations
Decreased spawn time to 2 secs
Increased reinforcements to 300 each
Round time 15mins
removed all objectives and spawn areas
removed mine fields (hopefully!)
Winner is determined by the side with the highest points
Removed random arty and certain destructibles.

Please don't take it as an afront to your mother or anything it only took a few hours to change and will provide a different game play style for those who wish it.

Another great map to test your reflexes and combat skills!! :d

Spraduke, open up those now closed areas... please and increase the round time.

Also on Bridge, open a few more buildings & increase the round time... Please??

We are enjoying the "refreshing change of pace" of TDM to no end. Many thanks for hearing the user's plea's for more than one Gametype.
The convoluted base assault (capturing objectives) got old and boring. :bravo:
Now for a few Armor and Combined Arms maps to go that way.... Hint - Hint :wink2:

I closed of the areas simply to condense the fighting. When it is in objective mode most of the fighting is in a small location (Warehouse, North, Assembly or south) never all at the same time. If the entire map was randomly spawned it would be to sparse.

What i might do (similar idea for bridge to) is to have "regions" of grouped spawns. So for instance the axis might all spawn in the assembly area until a russian enters the building at which point the spawn area would shift to north and then if the russians reach the spawn area it moves again.

This congregates teams into a region in the map meaning your more likely to get fronts forming and no one randomly spawning behind you ;)

Sounds good.... its certainly worth a try.... THIS MAP IS FUN!! :wink1:
