BF3 RSP Hosters

Ok I have looked high and low and I can not find a listing of who will be hosting BF3 servers.

I know that there is no public server files and that the hoster has to be in the RSP ( Ranked Server Provider ) program.

Is there a list any where that says who will be hosting BF3 servers.
