BlackMonkeys Launches Star Wars: Galactic Warfare Mod for Call of Duty 4

Nearly two years after it was announced, Galactic Warfare is complete.
Back in 2009 we told you about a promising mod that transformed Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/call-of-duty-4-modern-warfare/index.html) into a Star Wars shooter. Well, the BlackMonkeys modders have finally put the finishing touches on their creation, and Star Wars: Galactic Warfare is now available for download.
Featuring seven maps (Mos Eisley, Bespin, Bestine, Not a Cave, Jundland, Junland Dusk, and Anchorhead) armor, weapons, and even kill streaks pulled directly from the Star Wars universe, Galactic Warfare also includes an installer to make the process smoother than a light saber through butter. Around 75,000 downloads and more than 900,000 visitors on our YouTube Channels were the backbone of our motivation to go on with the mod for such a long time. A lot of your ideas and recommendations are integrated to this final release."

And I could be mistaken, but wasn't there a Star Wars mod for the original CoD back in the day? Or maybe that was for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Regardless, I'm re-installing Modern Warfare now so I can get in on this one.
