Floating grass, the bane of all mappers, still shows up.

A large wooded area, nne of the 2cnd line, can be entered & used as a hiding place. The tanks can shoot at the enemy from inside the area.

The wooded area - overview. What became of all the Russians tanks in the fields and area around the Village? Do they now only appear IF a Russian Tanker spawns? When they do spawn in the field there is only 3. (1 KV1s - 2 BT-7)

The Village CP is now capped from inside a vehicle? - This BUG/EXPLOIT was fixed in the Contest Version & Beta5 of Berezina, now the CP Roof Exploit is BACK? Why?

Yep! The Village Command Post Roof Exploit is back. This is NOTHING NEW its just like in the OLD versions of Berezina. :eek:

Yes Myrna, there used to be three (3) Infantry Only Objective Captures in Berezina...

Village Command PostAnd.... the "progressive cap zones" are now out of alignment. Sad, that such a good map gets bent so bad as to take it out of the realm of true Combined Arms and place it into a Infantry Map with a few "token" tanks.

Hmmm another new find... If one should ram a M1939 cannon... the tank will "stick" to it and try to drag it around.
If one parks near one of those cannons... one can hear the sound of the cannon going from left to right , up and down but when one looks at the cannon there is no movement. Ghost cannoneers?
What happened to this great map... :o Berezina for the update, went backwards!
LEX's name underneath the BT-7 is nice but the interior being finished would've been nicer. :whaa1:

Is this going on with other maps with the M1939s or localized to Berezina?
I heard someone say that players can't jump/ride on the BT-7 when there is a tank driver inside. Is this accurate?

Yes. I read that too... I haven't had the opportunity to check it out.
As far as I know.... its all unique to Berezina.. How this map got so broken is beyond me.

Get behind one of the M1939 Cannons and try to nail it with a Tank. It ain't gonna happen. Ricochet after ricochet. WTF?

As well as the fact that the bt-7 will not switch over to HE,which is a bummer considering that the map is mostly infantry.

Thanks Teufelhund for all you have done and keep doing to support the RO community and give more options for mappers. Wish there were alot more people like you out there with the expertise, creativity, and commitment to make some great additions to RO.

I could not agree with you and Mike more, guys like Teufelhund and their efforts are so desperately need in RO and really add so much to the FPS. The work required to get new vehicles and weapons into the game must be daunting. Thanks for all you and your team do for the entire community!:bravo:

Sadly, because of further anomolies.. I've been forced to remove Berezina from our rotation. It refuses to exit gracefully...
Hopefully, in the next few weeks or so, TWI will get the problems with this map resolved.
All I can say see what happens when ya fix wot ain't broken?? The MCP2 version was just dandy. I like to put that puppy back in. But I can't... the m1939's are not right.
